I have never heard of that particular interface, but what you could try is this: Go to playback io in the setup menu. Click on inputs, or press command 1. A bunch of inputs will appear, but they're invisible to VoiceOver. You can press command a to highlight them all. Next, find the delete button, and press it. You will know that they're all gone, because the delete path button you just pressed will be greyed out. Restore them by pressing the defaults button.
Repeat these steps for the outputs list. hTH.
