In the set up menu under playback engine, make sure the quad capture is 
selected and not pro tools aggrograte device. Also roland seems to have pretty 
good tech support so feel free to reach out to them as well. Phone numbers and 
email addresses aren't too difficult to find on their site as i have contacted 
them numerous times myself.
