Hi, all. I know this has been discussed before but I just don't remember the solution. I bought a used copy of ProTools mp9 in a box. I've updated to 9.05 so I can run it on lion. The license was transferred to me and it's on my iLok, but protools doesn't think it is. Protools keeps asking me to use a registration card, but the code is already activated since I bought the product used. And because it's used, Avid won't give me any support except to tell me I should purchase an upgrade to 10 and give up my 9 license. Any ideas? Should I really just upgrade to 10? I thought 9 was a bit more accessible?
