have you tried youtube? Joe Gilder does have a understanding Pro TOols tutorial product and offers a money back guarantee incase its too visual and doesn't work for You. I think There may be another one called rethinking pro tools by another guy with a similar warranty. I'd start with the basics one step at a time. learn your way around pro tools. then learn your way around the interface, then put the two together. And being a fraud of breaking stuff will get u no where. One of the nice things about the mac is we can reinstall the OS, and or PT and or drivers for the project mix pretty much all with out sighted assistance.
