Slau, do you need to be in any particular window for these commands to work.
Also, I noticed that I have been accidently changing my "selecter tool" to
"trim to end of incertian", is that because I am perhaps hitting a toggle
command on accident that I am not aware of?
Thanks

Hi John,
The edit modes are independent of track type. Use the f1 through f4 keys to
switch between modes. F1 is Shuffle, F2 is Slip, f3 is Spot and f4 is grid.
If I got the last two reversed, it's only a testament to how infrequently
I've used spot and Grid modes. Let me know it that helps at all.

Hello All,
Having 1 stereo instrument track if I try to cut and having slip selected
it is like selected spot ETC.
I also noticed in the edit cluster grid is also selected. If I VO-shit-m
it toggles between absolute or relative grid. However if I have an audio
session I don't have the above behavior.
I suspect because virtual instruments are MIDI but if any one has a
suggestion I'd appreciate it.
