Hi all, I have recently upgraded from pro tools nine to eleven and also mountain lion to mavericks and have two quick questions which I hope are just teething problems...
Firstly, I use a Digi zero zero two. I can get my Macbook to recognize the presence of the Digi through the playback engine settings and mixing etc is no problem. The issue I have is when I try to select an input to record I go to inputs then interface on my chosen track as normal but then where I'd expect to find mic line one etc I am given a choice between mono one and mono two and that's it. I installed the drivers for the Digi, is there simply a setting I am missing somewhere? Praying this is the case! Also, as I use a Macbook, I have to use a full USB keyboard for editing. I was advised previously when on PT nine and mountain lion that a USB numpad only was not a good idea as using a combo of control or option on the Macbook with numbers on the USB numpad didn't function properly. I was just wondering if anybody knows if this is still the case since the mavericks and PT nine upgrade? Many thanks in advance for any advice and also for the tips I read on here daily even though I am not a regular contributor, though I hope that will change when I'm finished college and I'm up to speed properly.
