Hi Ramy, It's not clear to whom you were addressing your previous message so I thought I'd chime in. There's nothing offered in the way of scrub/shuttle wheels. There was a product that attempted it with a number of buttons and a central wheel but the wheel didn't operate smoothly. I'm not sure but I think the Artist series has a transport control with a scrub wheel. Of course, hardware is expensive, there's no getting around that.
