I sincerely hope you get a reply to this... I just spent the last two hours tinkering with Pro Tools, to see if I could figure it out for you, but I can't find the elastic button that seems (according to google), to apply elastic audio to the track...
Anyone found this? I'm sure Chuck or someone said something about it working fine a while back, but I couldn't dig anything up on this list either. Sorry I can't help any more. Good luck!
