You do need to transfer the new license to the iLok. When you bought
PT11 your PT 10 license got revoked and you got issued a new combo
license for  PT 11 and 10. Transfer them to the iLok and both PT 10
and 11 should launch for you. Contact Avid Pro Tools Support and have
them remote into your system and do the license transfer as iLok
license manager isn't accessible.
