How in the world are you all getting ahold of Avid tech support.
The times I've called them, I literally have waited on hold in the hold
queue up to 3 hours, and still! heard nothing from a live human. Wonder if
they're more concerned to help big people like Britany Speers etc. I bet if
I was her, I'd get help right away. LOL!
So, if you all know a trick to get ahold of someone there, do tell, as this
is about the third or 4th time I've attempted with very similar wait times,
almost waisting my whole business day for nothing.

You do need to transfer the new license to the iLok. When you bought
PT11 your PT 10 license got revoked and you got issued a new combo
license for PT 11 and 10. Transfer them to the iLok and both PT 10
and 11 should launch for you. Contact Avid Pro Tools Support and have
them remote into your system and do the license transfer as iLok
license manager isn't accessible.
