I do not believe so from Logic to PT or vice verse, maybe somebody else will
chime in, but I work with a guy whose main rig is Logic and he just snags
the audio folder from me of the session and drags the audio files into a new
session on his Logic. This means if you had any synths you would have to
bounce them down into that folder as well.

He just needs some way to access the raw unmastered unprocessed session.
