I do not believe so from Logic to PT or vice verse, maybe somebody else will chime in, but I work with a guy whose main rig is Logic and he just snags the audio folder from me of the session and drags the audio files into a new session on his Logic. This means if you had any synths you would have to bounce them down into that folder as well. HTH
