Do your emails really have to be that long? Took me about 2 minutes to read the 
whole thing, and the only question I can answer is your second one...

You can bounce to disk then import to iTunes, put in a playlist and burn that 
to disk.

It might be slightly quicker if you import the resulting aif into Logic and 
bounce that - There's an option to burn to audio cd.
