Attempting the PT 11 thing. Got an upgrade code from a dealre logged into my avid account and entered it. it aske me to update my billing address which i did. Now it's asking me for a system ID and to verify my billing address. When i click the link to verify it it only provides me with my address as i entered it, and update buttons. nothing is missing and its all correct. Yet it still tells me i need to verify it and nowhere in my account displays a system ID for me. It will give me the links to download PT10.3.9 but nowhere does it show a system ID either.
