Hi Chi,

Just so that we're on the same page figuratively and literally, if you start 
reading through a list of MIDI events at bar 1 and then press the asterisk on 
the numeric keypad and enter 100 and press return, if you stop interacting with 
any and all items in the MIDI Event List window and then re-interact with the 
event list itself, VoiceOver should now see a range from just before bar 100 
and onward. Of course, there needs to be enough events to populate the range of 
up to bar 100 and beyond in order for the window itself to scroll to that 
point. I'll have another look soon.
