Hi, When entering this plugin I go to the time length option to shorten the time about a minute or so but no matter what I type into that box lots of zeros come up and I can't find out what or how I am to enter in the time format to change the session to? Will this plugin also change the pitch of the voice as I am not sure if my friend wants this changed or not I think they might want to hear what it sounds like so I would like to know how to change pitch and not using this plugin? What you want to look at is the Time Compression Expansion Audio Suite plug-in.

Hi, I was letting one of my friends practice their singing with some music
tracks from an audio CD in Pro Tools 12. They then wanted me to change
the speed of one of the songs but when I tried using elastic audio to do
this we ran into a problem. We did not make any click track and put more
then one song in the same session as I was planning on cutting them apart
after everything was recorded. Is there no method to increase the speed
by about a quarter or a half with no click track? I tried using the tempo
settings like I did for class work but because Pro Tools does not know the
exact tempo of all of the songs in the session one after another that
method did not work. I even made sure things were set for ticks on all
tracks and tried all elastic audio plugins with no results. What should I
do to do this for them? Nick Gawronski
