I'm sure a lot of you have probably done this before, but today I called up Avid support because I didn't have anyone sighted to hand, I'd just formatted my computer, and I really could do with cracking on with a ProTools session. Without hesitation, they said they were happy to remotely control my comuter and do the Ilok activation for me. It took just a couple of minutes and now I'm up and running. Jupt thought I'd share this positive news with you all, in case you weren't aware of the possibility of this option.
