Eastic Audio In PT should be able to handle that task. Enable Elastic Audio on the track and you should be able to change pitch in the transpose window. Someone who uses PT as their daily driver may be able to give more detailed steps but that should get you started. Also I am sure the waves plug in has a demo as well.
