Audio Ease makes a program called Make a Test Tone and it's fully accessible. 
It costs $30 and you can create sweep tones at custom lengths. I just bought it 
and created a 10-minute-long sweep tone in a manner of minutes. Go buy it and 
you'll be able to do what you're looking to do.
