No problem, after about a week or ten days of use of the free set up you will get a message every time you load up pro tools asking if you would like to upgrade. I just click no every time. I may only use it a few times a year, and yet the pop up doesn't really bother me. If I find more use then I will upgrade. I think that it is a decent plug and all of the parameters are accessible from what I can tell.
