Hi Brian,
In this case, I believe I was simply referring to any send in the channel 
strip. However, after assigning a send, the track output window will open and, 
from here, you can do the same thing. The track output window can display 
either the main output or any of the sends. It's just a different interface to 
accomplish the same thing. The advantage of starting from the Mix window is 
that you have the track list available to make sure the correct tracks are 
selected. Once you've assigned any send, whether it's for a single track or 
multiple tracks, the track output window will automatically open. The 
previously selected tracks will still be selected. With the track output window 
open, you can, for example, call up Send B and route to a different bus with 
the same command to apply to all selected tracks. Otherwise, only the visible 
track in the window will be affected. Hope that makes sense,
