Hi Vaughn,

Make sure you're not on the show/hide control but on the name where you can 
hear whether the tracks are selected or not. Bringing up the contextual menu 
works there. The mouse pointer doesn't need to be focused there. It's a list of 
default actions that VoiceOver will see regardless of the mouse position. Hope
