Hi, I recommend that you hide all other tracks, reduce the number of items shown inside of each shown track, and make sure there is no other windows floating on the screen. Then toggle with the page up and page down keys on your keyboard until you see that VoiceOver can read the levels. This method works also if you see no values in the gain reduction meter.
