Hi, If you for instance have an extended keyboard with separate page up and page down keys, try first to press the page up several times, and test the meter. If it doesn’t work, press the page down several times and try again. On screen, you will scroll the content of the window far up or down, and hopefully this will make the meters visible on the screen.
The issue with Solo safe is the exact same, you have to show only this track and hide all others, and use the page down/page up keys to make the solo button visible on the screen. Then you can focus your VoiceOver and mouse cursor there, and command-click with the mouse or track pad on the solo button.
