Hi John, I saw this once when trying to enter a value from my laptop without an extended keyboard and it was before we added num pad emulation in Flo Tools. I thought it might be a bug and made a mental note to file it. The following day I tried recreating it and it worked as expected so it's not a Pro Tools bug but rather a VoiceOver/Mac OS issue. That said, Pro Tools and VoiceOver occasionally seem to cross wires so restarting VoiceOver and even restarting Pro Tools might be necessary if you see that happen again.
