Hi Ramy,
There's no way to directly translate a session from one DAW platform to 
another. However, it's at least possible to export files so that another DAW 
can open a session with the same number of tracks and with the same region or 
clip information. If Sonar supports OMF or AAF exporting (which I believe it 
does), you can export the project from Sonar and open it in Pro Tools. Again, 
no plug-ins will transfer and most likely no automation. I've opened Logic 
projects in Pro Tools and it's at least helpful to have things organized the 
way the client originally intended and all audio is exactly where it needs to 
be. Look into OMF/AAF exporting from Sonar.
