Hi, In PT, stereo tracks contains two pan pots, one for each channel. Mono tracks have only one. I would like to link the two panners in a stereo track, since this makes it easier to quickly control the stereo image for the track, and a must when you are going to write automation for pan in a stereo track.
I have found that there is a feature for this inside the Output Window, contained in each track. Just interact with the track and press the Output Window button. The link button should be selected. However, when this button is selected, my pan pots are still not linked. I can move one of them while the other will stay at the same value. I think this have something with the fact that when you use VoiceOver, the control-option keys are held down, and for a sighted user, the option key makes it possible to edit one of the pan pots even when the link feature is on.
