The best way to learn it is by reading the Pro Tools Reference Guide Part 5, 
Chapters 27-30. You can find an older version of the Reference Guide in other 
languages. Not much has changed. Keep in mind that you'll be using keyboard 
shortcuts rather than the edit tools. The Shortcuts PDF lists a ton of 
available shortcuts divided by category.
