Not sure what you were trying to install or when you were trying it. The old 
service center web-based installation was not accessible but now everything is 
done through Native Access which is quite accessible. The NI controllers can be 
had for as little as ninety nine dollars and the encoder knobs give feedback 
about which parameters are being tweaked. With an umpteen thousand presets in 
Komplete Ultimate, I'd say it's quite accessible and there are over a hundred 
blind users currently. You might want to revisit the NI eco system.
