this is the only model of this interface there is not second generation
for it.
So I guess this means that when the new mac OSX come out that my
interface may not work for me then correct?

IF memory serves correct that warning mostly just means that its 32 bit code
and as MacOS is 64it, it they are dropping support for 32bit code in newer
versions. Check the Focusrite website to see if they have updated the drivers
for your device. If you are using the original Scarlet and not a Scarlet MKII
however it may just be the end of the road for support. As I said, check with
Focusrite though.

When I launch the scarlette control software via the short cuts i created so I
can switch between no direct monitar, and with direct moniter I get the warning
that the scarlette software/interface will not work with future versions of Mac
OSX. How can A person tell if An interfacw will work for them continuesley
