There's not a template, you're correct.

I've spent hours trying to tell Ron the best way to set things up, given I know exactly his situation, being I live in the same house with him. Apparently, I gotta be the worst teacher ever, as he's just not seeming to understand the workflow regardless how elementary I break it down.

I wanna help, but I'm almost at my whit's end trying to explain. Hopefully one of you can work with him.
