Do not install VOCR or Flo Tools on top of Keyboard Maestro 9.
I did and have to use Timemachine :-)
I think that we have to wait for new KM9 ready installers of VOCR and Flo

I finally decided to instal VOCR. Is it working fine with the Keyboard

9.0? Can i upgrade?
