That’d be great. It can be pretty frightening when that pops through all of the monitors when trying to adjust something on the fly when listening up loud.

With the insert menu popping up, however, that's a VoiceOver sound and not anything to do with Flo Tools. We haven't gotten into customization of sound effects with Flo Tools in order to try and keep a consistent experience and, frankly, it would mean quite a lot of programming. If that little sound bothers you, I can give you pretty simple instructions on how and what to delete in the script. Let me know. Flo Tools itself isn't supposed to make any particular sound except for when performing lengthier tasks like unmuting, unsoloing or deselecting all tracks. Other than that, there's the level monitor but that doesn't work in the plug-in window as far as I recall. You If there's a macro that's stuck in some kind of loop (which I've never seen), you can go to the Keyboard Maestro menu extra and choose to cancel all macros.
