Hi Martin,

Start over, delete what you have and don't import all of those groups. In the 
Drop Box, I've deleted what's not necessary. Import the stand-alone and plug-in 
macro groups plus the one macro group that includes both Content Missing and 
Missing Samples in the name. Don't import and later enable. Instead, Go to the 
File menu and arrow down to "Import Macros Disabled." Hold down the Option Key 
and the menu item will switch to "Import Macros Enabled" and, while still 
holding down the Option key, press Return. This automatically imports them as 
enabled. Let's see if you have better luck.
