Hi Jimmy, OK, so you've verified that Flo Mouse is working but the menu, once opened, is not speaking. There's little that you can do except perhaps have your wife select the presets and you can save them individually as Pro Tools presets. I noticed that the parameter names are an unuseful collection of generic names. Beyond calling up presets, you'll be shooting in the dark with those parameters unless you create a reference sheet for yourself. Anyway, good luck. Slau
