Hi Alex,

This article discribes how to connect en configure the pedals.
You have to do that the first time you want to use your pedals. Sighted help is 
needed.

Tom, also regarding your pedal issue, I found the following article that is 
supposed to correct the issue on the MKII devices. Perhaps it will work for you 
as well. I have not had a chance to try it out for my self yet, but am just 
passing it along for your reference. See following link:
