Hi list members, I'd like to know if anyone else has had the following problems with ks88 mk2? 1. The ks88 mk2 is not being recognized by the mac mini. 2. When I try to turn on accessibility by pressing both the shift+mix buttons at the same time nothing happens. these are the current problems that I'm experiencing but I've also read in ni support that other people have had the same problems. I've even tried to turn off the ks88 and turn it back on again but still nothing. I even tried to arm a track in pro tools but nothing. I'm not sure what the problem is but I didn't find any solution that I thaught could solve at least one of the problems. May be someone may be able to do a remote session just to see what i'm talking about. P.S. I also would like to ask if I should try to use the ks88 on a windows system just to see what happens? I'm not sure if it would fix the not being recognized by my mac mini but I just thaught I would ask. Thank you for any information that you might have that could solve both of these problems.
