The City is already a tax-exempt organization, so it doesn't need to
worry about that.  Meanwhile, I'd guess that MetroFi isn't paying any
taxes anyway, considering it is such a colossal failure.

Verilan might still offer it, but accepting that offer has always been
a challenge.  I have never successfully connected.
