Leaving some of the technical issues aside for a moment, just to get
the creative juices flowing, here's one idea:

  a Statue of Liberty, but with a Linksys WRT instead of a torch and a
  laptop instead of a tablet or book or whatever she is holding.
  Either out of paper mache or by painting a properly-draped person
  head-to-toe in a copper-patina.
