Hi, Andrew.
I used two of the disks to transfer the card stuff; both were disasters.  On
the third try, the successful third try, I used a different cd.  Must have
been bad cd's, I suppose.  It doesn't seem possible, but I got a good
transfer on the third try.  Why, I had never saved the transfer material
after it had done so.  I just did that night;  I'm so glad that I did.
That'll teach me a valuable lesson.  I don't know what type disks they were.
 SOmething I was able to purchase here at our local Walmart store.
I do wish that inexpensive  musical disks could always be available.  I
heard someone say that they are manufactured for about two cents apiece.
so the mark-up on them must be phenomenal, if that statistic was correct.
