Yes if you record on to a music disc and then transfer it over to the flash card and then return it to a music disk. That is it because of copy right laws. That happened to me when I wasrecording some 45 records on to a music CD and I made a mistake so transfered it to the memory card so I could fidx the error and transfered it to another music CD and it won't let you do it agan. However you could copy it of on a CD burner then you can make as many copies as you want. That is what I did for my friend because he wanted a copy of it for his daughter for Christmas.
