What kind of patches do you need? If you can life and work with a standard kernel, you do not need any patch. Kernel patches are part of the BSP if the hardware requires some. Ptxdist searches in kernel-patches-target/ for it. Throw your patches into this directory, add a series file to apply them in right order and be happy ;-) (don't forget to tell ptxdist what file it should use as a series file) > Roll on the documentation !
