It seems this package is gone from the used internet location. Did you configure your ptxdist to use a local central archive directory for all BSP projects? If not, do so (run "ptxdist setup") and move all archives from the BSP local src/ directory to this central directory. And google for the iperf-2.0.2.tar.gz archive and also store it at this directory. Then start to build your BSP again.
