That's true of course but just how you engage in a struggle will be
influenced by your global view. Albert has a better record than most for
actually getting involved in a struggle and the state seems to agree since
they have locked him up more than once. I'd see a big difference between
getting involved in exposing ALP /Coalition lies about East Timor over the
years compared with, say, a conventional struggle of a Unionist for better
wages. Both are a form of class struggle but I'd see the former as far more
political and going to the heart of how our society works -- nearly all
politicians feel compelled to lie. (this example is just picked out of the
hat and has nothing to do with Albert)
