Dear Fellow Australians,
Tomorrow at 9:30am (Thursday 22/7/99) I will be in the Supreme Court of New
South Wales trying to defend my home against an application by the St.
George Bank Limited for a Writ of Possession. Tomorrow will be to hear a
Motion I filed for Discovery where I want the bank to release statements of
the bank's own bank account to show where the bank has got its money for
the cheques they wrote. Naturally, I expect a strong refusal by the bank
because it may well show that they actually create money out of thin air?????
Tonight a courier has just delivered copies of a Notice of Motion filed by
the bank to strike out my Defence - which those interested may see by
opening the attachment.
It is an unusual Defence because I am focusing on the purpose and function
of a court, which is to pursue truth and justice, and on the significance
of the Oath of Allegiance and the Judicial Oath taken by judges and the
like. Also, I am bringing up issues such as the common law illegality of
variable interest rate loans.
My case is really of National Importance because (a) the banks are outright
criminals who have destroyed and will continue to destroy ordinary decent
Australians and (b) the judges are protecting the banks up to this point in
time.
The question is: Will the judges keep on doing what they have been doing
or will truth and justice start to finally break through?
