Dear Fellow Australians, Today, in Court 9A of the NSW Supreme Court, Sydney, Justice Simpson disregarded Article 14 of the United Nations' International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights which entitles everyone to a "competent, independent and impartial tribunal". When I asked her if she was "a past or present relative, friend, associate or colleague" of 8 judges (naming them from the Supreme to the High Court), she said "I refuse to answer any of your questions, Mr. Wilson.". Inspite of my constantly insisting that this case involved judicial corruption on a massive scale and, therefore, no judge could determine any of the issues, she bulldosed through, rejecting my Requisition for Trial by Jury (which would have exposed such corruption to a "tribunal of the people") and struck out my Defence document which contained evidence of 2 forms of bank fraud (variable interest rate loans and money creation) as well as judicial corruption. At earlier sessions, judges and registrars had repeatedly stalled and kept putting to another day my Motion for Discovery which demanded that the St. George Bank give over statements of their own bank accounts to show the source of the money they are supplying to borrowers. By the collusion of the judiciary and the banks, they avoided having to give Discovery by dismissing me and my evidence today. This now gives the St. George Bank Limited, ACN 055 513 070, a Writ of Possession over my home. I told the judge I would be appealing through the Court of Appeal, through the High Court of Australia and on to the United Nations' Human Rights Commission. I don't think it bothered her, at all, because Australian judges are such a complete Mafia they feel they are immune from any attempt to bring them to justice. If I could, I would like to launch a fighting fund. This is not just my home which at stake - this is a fight against oppression, tyranny and the most powerful force for evil which is wiping out every element of freedom and democracy our forefathers fought and died for. This is a war against the banks - being fought in the only arena in which unarmed, honest and true people can have any hope of survival - in the courts. Obviously, courts in Australia have fallen to the enemy. There is no alternative but to go on to the United Nations because those treacherous politicians have taken away, again illegally, our traditional right to appeal to the Crown.
