I just spent a long time on the dog and bone to
Wolter Joosse of the Institute for Taxation Research, and may I suggest you do
the same. You are not obliged to pay tax; did you get that? You do not have to
pay tax - none at all! The ATO is not even a lawful entity and, they now know
it, so does the government, yet they are still trying to bluff their way
through.
The British and Canadian governments also are in a quandary
because it has been found that Canada has the same status as Australia;
neither - Oz or Canada - have a lawful government.
You may choose not to believe me in this and continue to pay
tax but, when the World Court hands down its findings in the very near future
and forces both Canada and Australia to divest themselves of all Laws (in
Australias case, that have been passed since 1919) and start from "square
one", you will believe it then.
Do not take my word for it, ring the ITR
yourself and get it from the "horses mouth".
