I have just heard you explaining that the reason your soldiers can't stop
the so-called militias in occupied Timor is that they have difficulty firing
on their brothers in arms who are, you state, not criminals.
Nothing has more clearly shown the kind of trash with which corrupt
Australian politicians have been cozying up all these years with their
"special relationship".
How dare you claim that a bunch of blatant murderers, torturers, arsonists
and thieves are "not criminals"!
You describe them as brothers in arms to your soldiers. This has blown your
and other Javanese leaders' transparent lie that the "militias" are not
Indonesian soldiers but merely East Timorese traitors.
Realise this, General Wiranto: Those who close ranks with garbage are
themselves garbage. Not only you and your soldiers, but also those
treasonable Australian politicians, businessmen, officials and journalists
who are fighting such a desperate rearguard action to avoid totally
destroying their shameful relationship with your debased regime.
There are those, myself among them, who regard Indonesia as a criminal
empire and would prefer that it be rendered ineffective by isolation,
economic ruin and therefore decreasing ability to suppress local rebellions
among your colonies and among elements of the Javanese population. We are
not fooled by sham "democratisation". We know what "constructive
engagement" with Nazi Germany led to, and for that reason don't want to see
"constructive engagement" with you.
Your behaviour from now on will determine how many we will be able to get to
listen to us and give effect to measures which isolate you as South Africa
was once isolated, putting economic recovery beyond reach.
