Could anyone
tell me (and everyone else) who or what the High Court of Australia decalred to
be a "foreign power" in the Heather Hill
case?
If the Queen
is the "foreign power" then our parliamentarians and judges swear an
oath of allegiance to a foreign power and are guilty of treason......but
they've got to do it in order to be eligible to take on those
positions.
If it is the
United Kingdom which is the "foreign power" then our Constitution is
law of a foreign power and void under the terms of the United
Nations.
