It would be a wise political move to take a stroll down to the ITR office in Melbourne and have a personal with Wolter Joosse. They already have the approval to take the Government to the International Court of Justice and, the GG has had a restraining order placed on him so he can not - unless he is prepared o wear the consequences - sign the document giving the so-called referendum the go ahead. The interim constitution has been prepared by the UN so Australia will not be without one while the Government is stood down, and while the people form Australias first constitution.

To answer John Wilsons question as to whether Oz is a full member of the UN; the present involvement in E.Timor may provide the proof.

Do not take my word for any of this, but speak to the man himself, in person, at the Melbourne office.

Wolter Joosse can be contacted by phone (03) 8796 3311 and fax (03) 8796 3322.

Now I am speculating. If you have read Brigadier Ted Serongs "Defence of Australia Analysis", you would not have missed the threatened military take-over of the Government if they refused to obey their own law and, now would be the most opportune time in history to do just that, if the military has sent the right ones to E. Timor and left the right ones on Australian soil to do the job properly. The question that only time will answer is, whether Serongs forces intend to enforce the status quo, or, whether they intend to force the Government to step down after the ICJ ruling (assuming the ICJ comes to the conclusion that in fact the Government is unlawful and there is no Australian constitution); meanwhile, if you continue to pay tax to a department that has not a legal leg to stand on, then - your problem.
