Dear Fellow Australians, This morning the radio news told of an 'open letter' written by two former Chief Justices of the High Court ( Mason & Brennan ) supporting the "Yes" vote for the coming referendum. Why would they do this? Because they know the Australian Constitution is a "false instrument" - which is legal jargon for a document which is worthless and was made null and void eighty years ago. That 1900 Act of the United Kingdom Parliament had given our Parliaments and Courts legitimacy until the time Australia relinquished its status as a British Colony, in 1920, by joining the League of Nations as an independent and sovereign nation - whereupon all such foreign laws were cancelled. With the extinguishment, our Parliaments and Courts lost their credentials and the power to make laws and to have any jurisdiction. Our judges have concealed their incompetence, corruption, treachery behind judicial commissions which are corrupt in themselves and made up of those same judges. Our politicians do not represent the people but are puppets to their respective parties which are, in turn, dominated by vested interest groups which have dictated laws to the detriment of the people and the advantage of themselves. The Australian Constitution is a false instrument. And now we have the greatest opportunity to create a truly democratic society which is devoid of the mischief and destructive influences of political parties. We can establish Courts which administer Right and Justice - as is the intention of Magna Carta and for which our forefathers have fought and sacrificed for a thousand years. Don't let the politicians and judges usurp this wonderful/once-and-for-all-time chance to use our hard-earned knowledge and write a Constitution for us, our children and to serve as a model to the world.
